We reserve the right to remove items as shown on the online shop at any time. If an order has already been placed before the item is removed but not yet been received by the customer we will for fill the order as made at the time of ordering. At all times prices may be under review due to the nature of the product we work with. If any items cannot be included within an order as originally specified at time of ordering, contact will be made with the customer to agree upon a suitable alternative. Where some flower stems are unavailable we will replace with as close and suitable substitute as possible. If the substitute as offered once received is not as you would like, you can bring to our attention within 24 hours of receiving the gift. We will happily exchange for a selection suitable to both the price paid within the 24 hour period. Please note we cannot make contact for all substitutions and allow our florists to make adequate substitutes where needed. All fresh stock products are a product of nature and we cannot guarantee that stock will not arrive to us undamaged from time to time. therefore should this occur we will substitute with little to no warning depending upon the time frame for delivery or collection. All orders placed online will be delivered as requested. should there be any issues once the order is placed we suggest calling and speaking to a member of our team to make any changes. please note depending on the nature of the product new charges may apply on top of those already paid. All online orders are placed at your request. Message cards will be hand written and attached to the order for delivery or collection. Any orders placed for collection intended for delivery will be charged at the £5 delivery rate and the customer placing the order will be contacted to rectify the payment. If for any reason a product has been miss sold, or over/under charged Fiesta Red Florist will contact the person/persons concerned to rectify the issue. Please note if a product is sold at a knowingly misprinted price, Fiesta Red Florist reserve the right to end the contract and refund monies exchanged or in some cases complete the order if the correct price is covered.
All images used on Fiesta Red Florist online shop remain the property of Fiesta Red Florist. All images used are to be used as a guide only and this is clearly stated in all descriptions of all products. If for any reason there is any issue with the item once received Fiesta Red Florist can only resolve should Fiesta Red Florist receive evidence of the issue being raised. Fiesta Red Florist reserve the right to refuse rectifying the issue should lack of evidence be present. i.e the bouquet returned to the premises for good reason. Any issues with regard to the product ordered and received need to be raised within 48 hours of delivery/collection being made. Any issues raised after this time may be resolved at the descresion of the manager and those involved.
Complaints can be raised by telephone – 01803 328007, via email – firstname.lastname@example.org or in person at Fiesta Red Florist, 30 Fore Street, St Marychurch, Torquay, TQ1 4LY. We will require at least photographs of the fresh flower item or to see in person. Unless this can be shown we reserve the right to refuse any refunds or exchanges. Refunds and exchanges will not be made where it is visible to see that they flowers for example have not been placed in water or instructions provided at time of ordering or to the recipient have been followed.
Should any of our items be delivered or collected damaged we ask you to use the same methods of contact listed above to contact us with as much information as possible in regard to the issue. Please also include a photograph of the item in question so the right actions can be taken to rectify the situation.
All deliveries will be made within the working hours of the shop premises being open. Shop opening hours will be subject to change at any time and should this effect the delivery of any item ordered the customer will be notified as soon as possible with as much warning as possible. All deliveries will be made in person from the premises of Fiesta Red Florist, 30 Fore Street, St Marychurch, Torquay, TQ1 4LY. For any instant a delivery cannot be made, if it is safe and able to do so the delivery will be left with a neighbour or at a safe place with a card left through the recipients door stating they have missed a delivery. Any deliveries undelivered will be returned to the shop premises and redelivered later the same day or the next day. Any delivery instructions should be mentioned in the applicable place at time of ordering. No time slots are given for deliveries. Should this be an issue Fiesta Red Florist should be contacted in person. Time frames given in spaces provided are unlikely to be met. At peak times deliveries will run from shop opening to shop close and be delivered as and when the driver will reach the destination. Delivery charge applies to all ordered placed to be delivered within the TQ1, TQ2, TQ3, TQ4, TQ5, TQ9, TQ11, TQ12, TQ13, TQ14 AREAS ONLY. Any orders placed for outside of these areas, Fiesta Red Florist reserve the right to cancel the purchase unless sufficient funds are provided to cover the cost of the order. At any point of the delivery if the driver or member of Fiesta Red Florist feel uncomfortable or unsafe they reserve the right to refuse delivery. Abuse towards any members of Fiesta Red Florist will not be tolerated at any given time.
Click & Collect
Fiesta Red Florist Click & Collect service is provided to allow customers the opportunity to place orders for collection on the same day or advanced date with payment made before collection. All click & collect orders are to be allowed up to 3 hours before collecting. where possible the team at Fiesta Red Florist will alert the customer to the order being ready to collect. At peak times, we advise ordering the day before the order needs to be collected. This general rule should be applied where possible to allow our florists enough time to prepare and process your order. At any time if there is any issue regarding this service Fiesta Red Florist would be in contact with the customer, person, persons.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
